DIRECTIONS TO REGIONAL PLAYING FIELDS
DEERFIELD
Brickyard
Maplewood Park
Deerfield Road, West of Waukegan to Woodward - North to Hazel, East to Clay, South to parking lot.
Shepard Middle School
Waukegan Road, 2 lights South of Deerfield to Osterman Turn West to Grove, turn South (left) to school - fields are in rear.
EVANSTON
Evanston Township High
School
From the Edens:
Exit at
Skokie Blvd. (near Edens Plaza). Go
South on Skokie Blvd. (US 41) approximately 2 miles to Golf Road (Old Orchard
Shopping Center is on the Northwest corner).
turn left (East) on to Golf Road for about 2-1/2 miles to McCormick Blvd.
(the 4th stoplight). Turn right
(South) on to McCormick Blvd. approximately 1 mile to Church Street (the first
stoplight). Turn left (East) on to
Church Street. and travel approximately 1/2 mile to ETHS.
If the gate on Church is locked, circle the complex and enter the parking
lot off of Lake Street which is the street South of the ETHS grounds.
Drive to the parking areas at the North end of the lot.
From
Green Bay Road:
Go South
on Green Bay Road to McCormick Blvd. (2nd light after Central).
Turn right (after the school complex on Green Bay Road) on McCormick and
go South approximately 2 miles to Church Street. Turn Left (East) on Church and follow the directions above
from Church.
M L King JR Experimental School (King Lab)
Take
Dempster East to Evanston. Make a
left on Fowler (2 Blocks East of McCormick Blvd.)
GLENVIEW
Springman Junior High School (Springman East and West)
From the
South
Take the
Edens to Dempster and exit going west. At
the first street over the Edens, Central/Harms, turn right (go North) until you
reach Golf Road. Turn left (go
West) at Golf. Go West until you
reach Shermer, turn right (go North). Go
to Central and turn left. Go about
1/2 mile. Springman Junior High is
on the left; games are played behind the school.
From the
North
Take the
Edens to the Old Orchard exit. At
the end of the exit ramp turn right (go West) on Old Orchard and go to
Harms/Central (dead-ends here). Turn
left (go South); go to Golf. Turn
right (go West) at Golf. Go West
until you reach Shermer, turn right (go North).
Go to Central and turn left. Go
about 1/2 mile; Springman Junior High is on the left; games are played behind
the school.
HIGHLAND
PARK FIELDS
Fink Park
Exit Edens at Clavey Road, East. Make a left (North) onto Deer Creek Parkway (approx 0.1 Mile). The fields are located at the back of the park.
Kennedy Field
Located
on South side of Clavey Road, approximately 1/8 mile West of Green Bay Road and
1 mile East of Edens Expressway/US 41, next to North Shore Child Care Center.
Olsen Field
North on
Edens Expressway (US 41); exit at Park Avenue.
Cross back over the highway and head West on Park.
At the "T" road (about 1/2 mile) Make a left (South) onto
Ridge. Olsen Field is about 1/10
mile South of Park on the left (East) side of Ridge, right across from Bahrs
Nursery. The Driveway to the field
is in the middle of a row of hedges.
Watch closely.
Vine
North on
Edens Expressway (US 41) exit Park Ave. East.
Make a left onto Green Bay Road. Make
a Right onto Vine (3 blocks). Go
under the railroad tracks. The
field is ½ block east of Green Bay Road.
St. John’s
North on
Edens Expressway (US 41) exit Park Ave. East.
Make a left onto Green Bay Road. Make
a Right onto Vine (3 blocks). Turn
left on St. John’s. The field is
behind the school.
Wolter Field
North on Edens Expressway (US 41) exit Park Ave. East. Continue East on Park for 1/8 mile. The park is on the south side of the road at the back of the complex.
Edgewood Field (Edgewood Middle School)
Go East on Deerfield Road to HP. Deerfield Road becomes Central Avenue. Continue East on Central Avenue to Green Bay Road. Right Turn (South) on Green Bay Road to Edgewood Rd traffic light: Right (West) on Edgewood Rd to Edgewood School. Parking lot is on the West side of the School.
Morgan Field (Indian Trail School)
East on Deerfield Road to HP. Deerfield Road becomes Central Avenue. Continue East on Central Avenue to Downtown HP. Turn Left (North) on Sheridan Road. Field is 3 Blocks north of Central Avenue on the Left side of the street.
Lake Forest
Route 60 & 41 (Waukegan) North on Waukegan Road to the stoplight at Westleigh Road. Turn west (left) and drive into the parking lot of Lake Forest High School - West Campus. The fields are located on the north side.
MORTON
GROVE
National Park
From Waukegan Road turn West on
Beckwith. Beckwith is South of Golf
and North of Dempster. National Park is at the corner of Beckwith and National.
ParkView School
Exit the Edens at Dempster, West.
Travel west to Austin and make a right (North).
Go two blocks to Lake and make a left (West).
Lake dead Ends at Park View School.
Parking is on the East side of the school.
The field is behind the school.
ROLLING MEADOWS
Kimball Hill
The field
is located at Kirchoff Road and Meadow Drive in Rolling Meadows. The field is behind Kimball Hill Grade School on Meadow Drive
and the Jewel on Kirchoff Road.
From the North
Take
Lake-Cook Road west to Rt. 53 South and exit Northwest Highway, turn left (east)
to Wilke Road, make a right (south) to Kirchoff Road.
Turn Right on Meadow Drive
From the
East
Take Golf
Road west to Algonquin Road. Turn
right (west) to New Wilke Road (stoplight).
Turn Right (north) to Kirchoff. Make
a left onto Meadow Drive.
From
Chicago
Take I90
towards Rockford. Exit Rt. 53 North to Kirchoff Road exit.
Turn right (east). Make a
left onto Meadow Drive.
Community Center
The Community Center ( on some maps
still Jonas E. Salk School ) is located at the corner of Grouse and Pheasant.
There is one field behind the center and another field between the center and
the church.
From The North
Take Lake-Cook Road west to Rt. 53
South and exit at Northwest Highway turn left
(east). Take Northwest Highway to
Wilke Road turn right (south). Take Wilke Road to Kirchoff Road turn right
(west). Take Kirchoff Road to Meadow Drive turn left (south). Take Meadow Drive
to Grouse turn right (west) to center.
From The East
Take
Golf Road west to Algonquion Road turn right (northwest). Take Algonquion Road
to New Wilke Road turn right (north). Take New Wilke Road to Central Road turn
left (west). Take Central Road to Jay turn right (north). take Jay to Grouse turn
left (west) to center.
From Chicago
Take 90
towards Rockford, exit Rt. 53 North. Take Rt. 53 to Kirchoff Road exit. Turn
right on Kirchoff Road (east). Take Kirchoff Road to Meadow Drive turn right (south). Take
Meadow Drive to Grouse turn right (west) to center..
SKOKIE
Lawler
Located
immediately East of the Edens Expressway on Old Orchard Road at Lawler. Exit the Edens from either direction and turn East
(as though going to the Old Orchard Shopping Center) and then turn North
at the first stop light East of Eden ('s' omitted purposefully).
Old Orchard Junior High
School (OOJH)
From the
Edens
Exit at
Dempster going East. Go East on
Dempster to Niles Center Road. Turn
left on Niles Center Road and continue on Niles Center Road past Church Street. Old Orchard Junior High is just North of Church Street on the
left side of Niles Center Road. There
are parking lots both North and South of the field. (Note: games will be played on the West field behind the
school building.)
From
Evanston
Take
Church Street West to Niles Center Road. Turn
right on Niles Center Road. Old
Orchard Junior High is just North of Church Street on the left side of Niles

Fairview School
From the
Edens
Exit
Touhy (West). Turn LEFT (South) at
the Second Light West of the Edens at Laramie. (Jack' Restaurant is on the
Southwest corner). The field and
the parking lot are behind the school. The
driveway is between Fairview School and Hillel Torah School (approximately 1
block South of Touhy)
WINNETKA
Corwin
Park (Corwin 1, 2, and 3)
From the South:
Take the
Edens to Willow Road and exit going East. Go
to Forest Way; turn left (go North) until you reach Tower Road. Turn right (go East) to Grove.
Corwin Park is located at Tower and Grove.
From the
North
Take the
Edens to Tower Road and exit going East. Go
East on Tower Road until you reach Grove. Corwin
Park is located at Tower and Grove.
Willow Park
Willow Park is on the North side of Willow Road, a short distance West of the Edens Expressway and a short distance Ease of Waukegan Road. Parking is not allowed adjacent to the field (Police WILL ticket violators). Please park on the South side of Willow or preferably at the Middlefork School on the Northeast corner of Willow and Wagner – just West of the soccer field.
