Registration for the spring season is open! Fall players are automatically enrolled for the Spring 2024 season. If you will no longer play in the spring, please let us know.
New Players
Registration will be for the Spring 2023 season only. New players will be added to existing teams that were formed for the Fall 2022 season.
The season will begin on April 10 2023, with the first game on Sunday, April 16th. The season runs through Sunday, June 11th.
Please register from a regular computer and not a mobile device. We have seen registration issues from both iPhone and Android devices.
Existing Players
If you played on a team in the fall, you are all set! You will be on the same team in the Spring season. If you are not planning to continue, please e-mail us at [email protected]. While there is no refund offered, it allows us to keep teams balanced and open the spot to any new incoming players.
How to register
- Players must have been born on or before August 31, 2019 to play during the season.
- Please log in to your account at www.deerfieldayso.org. If you do not have an account, please create one by clicking on the "Register Now" button.
- Choose the player that you want to register. If you need to create a new participant, please do so.
- You will see a list of programs that the participant is eligible. Please note that you should register for the program based on the grade level that your child will be during the 2023-2024 school year.
- Sign the waiver forms and complete payment
- You do not need to upload a copy of your birth certificate
- We no longer accept checks or cash. You must pay with a credit card.
Registration Fees
The registration fee is determined annually by the regional board of directors. Deerfield AYSO is a non-profit organization and the program fees defrays the cost of uniforms for all players, team photo, field usage and league administration.
For the Spring 2023 season, the total fee will be $142.75. This includes $120 Deerfield AYSO fee and a required $20 AYSO national fee that you must pay before we can place your child in the program. This national fee is non-refundable. In addition, there is a $2.75 processing fee that will be applied during checkout.
Full Refunds (for all programs) for those not playing will be granted as long as:
1. The player has not participated in either a training session or a game AND
2. The player has not yet received a uniform AND
3. The request for a refund has been made in writing (email is acceptable) prior to the first game or official session.
Note that the AYSO national fee and web site processing fee is non-refundable.
Team Formation
- Teams are formed based on grade in school, skill level, and availability of coaches/teams
- Team assignments will be completed and available to the coaches by mid-August.
- Additional players may be added throughout the season, including mid-March
- Requests for specific team placements, training days, and coaches are not accepted (with the exception of siblings that are of the same gender and division)
